  • Enforcement: All reported content is reviewed and, if found in violation, will be removed within 24 hours.
  • Safety Tools: Users have access to in-app reporting and blocking features for every post or profile.

4. AI Smart Assistant & Context OS

QCAI includes an AI-powered Context OS that uses your local environment and device state to provide intelligent automation. QCAI operates on a self-hosted architecture using the OpenClaw platform, meaning your data never touches our corporate servers.

4a. What data is collected

  • Your queries and chat messages.
  • Photos you attach for analysis (e.g., DIY help or Marketplace listings).
  • Ambient Context: Background location, motion state, and calendar/reminders for proactive AI awareness, if you grant permission.

4b. Your Personal OpenClaw Gateway

All AI requests and context data are transmitted exclusively to your personally configured OpenClaw Gateway (either hosted on your local network or a custom domain).

  • QCAI (the app developers) do not intercept, collect, or store any of your AI queries or context data.
  • Your OpenClaw Gateway acts as an intermediary, and may be configured by you to connect to third-party providers (like OpenAI or Google). You control your Gateway's privacy agreements directly with those providers.

4c. What is NOT shared by the app

  • Your QCAI account password.
  • Your browsing history.
  • Your financial or payment information.
  • We do not sell any AI interaction data or context telemetry to advertisers.

5. User Consent & AI Opt-Out

Before you use AI-powered features for the first time, the app will display a consent screen explaining what data is shared and with whom. You must actively agree before any data is sent to third-party AI providers.

You have the right to access, update, or request the deletion of your personal information. You can manage your profile settings within the app or contact our support team for assistance with data removal.
